1. Your manuscript is safe
Your manuscript is processed entirely in memory to generate your formatting outputs. It is never saved to a database, never stored on our servers, never sold, and never used to train AI models. Once your files are generated, your original document is permanently discarded.
2. What we collect
We collect only the minimum information required to process your payment and deliver your files: your email address and basic transaction details. We do not track your reading habits or store your personal data beyond what is necessary for customer support and refund processing.
3. Payments
All payments are handled securely by our Merchants of Record, Lemon Squeezy and Paddle. We never see, process, or store your credit card details or banking information.
4. Analytics
We use privacy-friendly analytics to understand how visitors use our site. No personally identifiable information is tracked or sold.
5. Contact
If you have any questions about your privacy, or if you ever need us to verify that your data has been deleted, email us at support@stetbook.com.
